E-learning Sales Intern (Position ##6001_FFA)

Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Program Advisor to join our team and drive our enrollment growth. 

Job Profile

Key Responsibilities: 

 

Lead Nurturing and Conversion: 

  • Proactively manage and nurture leads to convert them into enrolled students. 
  • Serve as the first point of contact for potential leads, providing accurate and timely information about our courses and offerings.
     

Communication Management: 

  • Independently handle all email communications, phone calls, and text messages with leads and prospective students. 
  • Ensure clear, concise, and professional communication at all times, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
     

Additional Responsibilities: 

 

Customer Relationship Management: 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current students, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. 
  • Address any concerns or queries promptly, providing excellent support throughout the enrollment process.
     

Team Collaboration: 

  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and academic teams, to ensure alignment and support overall business goals. 
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for continuous improvement.
     

Reporting and Documentation: 

  • Maintain accurate records of all communications (call logs, emails etc.) and activities. 
  • Prepare regular reports on lead status, sales performance, and other relevant metrics for management review. 

Requirements

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field. (not mandatory)

Work Experience

  • 6-month sales experience preferred.

Skill Set

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of adaptability and problem-solving skills.

Location: Gurgaon, India (Preferred)/ Remote

 

Type: Internship

 

Shift: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Tuesday to Saturday 

 

Note: This is not a full-time employment opportunity.

 

Note: Candidates based out of Delhi-NCR would be preferred.
