Program Advisor (contract based – Sales) (Position ##6001_FFA)

Job Profile

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Nurturing and Conversion:
   • Proactively manage and nurture leads to convert them into enrolled students.
   • Serve as the first point of contact for potential leads, providing accurate and timely information about our courses and offerings.
2. Communication Management:
   • Independently handle all email communications, phone calls, and text messages with leads and prospective students.
   • Ensure clear, concise, and professional communication at all times, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
3. Strategic Enrollment Boosting:
   • Develop and implement innovative strategies to increase enrollments.
   • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and activities.
4. Sales Planning and Execution:
   • Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve enrollment targets.
   • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure success.
5. Industry Experience:
   • Leverage previous experience in the education or ed-tech industry to enhance sales approaches and techniques.
   • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to continuously improve our sales strategies.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current students, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Address any concerns or queries promptly, providing excellent support throughout the enrollment process.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and academic teams, to ensure alignment and support overall business goals.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for continuous improvement.
• Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications (call logs, emails etc.) and activities.
  • Prepare regular reports on lead status, sales performance, and other relevant metrics for management review.
